This year Garrett and I carved pumpkins for the first time together. To be honest...I think this was the first time I've actually finished a pumpkin. I usually get impatient or discouraged because my pumpkin never looks good or I ruin it. But I was determined this year to finish. I picked one of the easiest carvings out of the book. It only took me like 20 minutes! I was happy to be finished! And I think it turned out rather nice! Garrett did a hard one...and he almost didn't finish it because it was not working out, but we ended up finishing it a day before Halloween! These are some pictures of us and our pumpkins! Those are our cute His & Hers aprons that we hadn't worn until then.

I love dressing up for Halloween even if I'm not going anywhere, it's just fun! Garrett and I decided to be hippies this year. I loved our costumes, and I needed something big enough so that my stomach would be covered. We didn't really do much on Halloween Night mostly hung out with the family and had our traditional Ham Chowder which was one of the best parts of the night! Here are a few pictures of us in our costumes.
