Our First Dinkey Trip...Together As A Family.

I recently experienced "The Boden Family" Dinkey Trip, as did Kai. Dinkey is located in part of the Sierra Nevadas in California. A beautiful, relaxing campsite in the mountains. Usually at this time of year it is a lot warmer, but this year it was FREEZING. It was rare that we saw the sun, and the nights got down into the 40's. It was still a lot of fun to go and just relax by the camp fire and hang out with family. I love my in-laws, they are such amazing people! I'm excited for next year when we go, and crossing my fingers that it'll be WARM! Kai got to experience camping hands on. Ha. As much as a little baby can, not that he'll remember. It was fun having him up there with us though, and lots of fun for Ann! She loved being able to be with him 24/7! Next year will be better when he can actually walk around and we don't have to hold him the entire time!I'm glad we were able to go, it wouldn't have been possible without Garrett's parents!
